1. Do I have to register in your website in order to buy a product?
No. You are not obligated to register in our website as you can make your order as a visitor. However, being a registered member on SABOTAGE ODDAL, you have immediate access to advanced features like managing your account, checking your current order and your order’s history, being in the first line of our product’s news via our newsletters and getting exclusive product sales and vouchers.
2. I found a product! How can I buy it?
That’s great! You can proceed your order by choosing one of our acceptable payment methods (bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal or pay with cash on delivery). For more information check out our Terms & Conditions.
3. I can’t find what I am looking for.
You can contact us in our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or send us a message in our Facebook account, providing further information about the product you are looking for. Our sales team will make the best effort to serve you providing guidance and advice.
4. How can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact us in our email (email@example.com) if in case you decide to cancel or change your order. As soon as your order is in the process stage, we can cancel it and fully refund your payment or we can modify it following your preferences. However, If your order has already dispatched you are obligated to follow the exchange and return procedure as described in Exchange & Returns Policy of SABOTAGE ODDAL.
5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email providing your order’s tracking number. Afterwards you can track your order via our courier’s services official websites.
6. When should I expect my order?
As far as the order is completed, you should expect it in 2 – 4 business days (courier service) or in 10 – 12 business days (shipping service). Our courier company, deliver every single day except weekends and bank holidays in Cyprus. Please refer to shipping and delivery policy for further information.
